No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1~3 working days of purchase.

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location.

5~15 business day (United States/Canada/Australia/United Kingdom/EU Countries)

7~21 business day (Other Countries)

Your tracking number will be updated 1~3 working days after your order has been shipped.

We offer 3 different international shipping methods. You could choose your preferred one at checkout page.

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

We apologise and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and returns authorisation form to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

Unfortunately we can’t make adjustments to an order once it has been confirmed. All is not lost though! As long as your order has not been shipped you can contact us within 12 hours to cancel your original order. Then you can go back and place a new order. However, if your order has already been shipped, best to follow our regular returns process.

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
